HLMP-K105 – LED, Red, Through Hole, T-1 (3mm), 20 mA, 1.8 V, 637 nm

The HLMP-K105 is a 3mm high intensity red LED Lamp with untinted/non-diffused lens, made of double hetero-junction AlGaAs. This LED material has outstanding light output efficiency over a wide range of drive currents. The colour is deep red at the dominant wavelength of 637nm. This lamp may be DC or pulse driven to achieve desired light output.
